ReBloom Wellbeing is a project designed to work with people living with Mental Health issues. It aims to allow a relaxed and peaceful space in which to learn upcycling techniques which are then used to create unique and personal pieces of art, gifts, homeware or furniture.
Particpants are given the opportunity to exhibit their work locally, online, or simply to take their work home. This allows the participant to see their work appreciated, or simply have something of their own to feel proud of.
The project aims to gently raise self-esteem and confidence through learning new skills, applying them, and enjoying the finished piece.
The project is currently in it’s embryonic stages.
