The Creative Growth Process is a tailor-made ongoing adventure weaving wellbeing, collaboration, communication, reflection, resourcing, and celebration into and throughout your life, your organisation, and/or your community.
It sustains, nourishes, and supports continuing creative empowerment, adaptation, expression, growth, and evolution individually and collectively.
Participants then go on to teach, share, inspire and empower others, creating a ripple effect of Creative Growth – building the creative conditions for growth that, moment by moment, change your world for the better.

I met with Jax for an afternoon coaching session over zoom. I felt nervous about what we would talk about and how things would go but I was greeted with a warm smile and a big Yorkshire hello. All my nerves disappeared as soon as we got talking.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jax on a number of occasions and have always found her to be a positive, creative thinking, force of life.
One project that we worked on together was very tough, but Jax, being the lead on the project, plowed on. Her approach to the many problems and finding a way around them was both admirable and, at times, I was envious of her ability to keep on going where others fell by the wayside.
