Activity of the Week:
~ Do something you LOVE – everyday if you can – dance, sing, build, craft, walk, jog, meditate, read, plant seeds, send a lovely message to someone, whatever. Even just a teenie bit!
Thought of the Week:
What lights you up?
What are you passionate about?
What fills you up and brings joy into your life?
Technically its Blue Monday Today – but it doesn’t have to be, we have the individual and collective power to change that forever!
How can you best support yourself to have the best day, the best week possible? Last week’s Thought/Track/Activity Of The Week will help with this.Whether or not you believe yourself to be creative, BE creative! If you can’t think of something to do that you love, try somethings new. You could make a meal you’ve not made before, create a new menu for the week ahead, create a cosy space in your home that’s just for you, doodle (this can actually be a meditation as my awesome friend and Creative Austin shared: https://youtu.be/MJYGFwGhHnA), have a boogie to your favourite track (Flashdance is GREAT for this) and sing along.
