Often our greatest and deepest desires are hidden or suppressed because we can’t see how they would happen, so what’s the point in even considering them?
Bringing them to the surface is a healthy way of letting them live and breathe so they don’t fester and become depressing. Living them out in the smallest ways helps, and often brings them closer to reality – perhaps not in the way we imagined, but sometimes that’s even better!
If nothing else, it’s a lovely, joyful, playful activity that has an amazing feel-good factor – that, in itself, is good for body, mind and Soul!
